Ingredients
• 8oz Chocolate chips or 8 – 1oz chocolate squares
• 1/2c butter
• 1/2c peanut butter
• 3/4c brown sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2c flour
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• 2c salted chopped peanuts
Prep
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Melt chocolate chips or squares with butter in a large pot.
3. Add in peanut butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla and stir until blended
4. Combine flour and baking powder and add to creamed mixture
5. Stir in peanuts
6. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets
7. Bake 12-13 minutes
