INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 213 gram tin canned salmon (drained and flaked)
- 1 cup grated cheese
METHOD
- Melt butter and saute onion for 4 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in broccoli. Cook 1 minute.
- Beat together eggs, biscuit mix, dill, salt and pepper. Stir in salmon, cheese and broccoli mixture.
- Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate. Bake at 400 F for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted close to centre comes out clean.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
