INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 cup coconut
METHOD
Combine ingredients and drop from spoon onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake 15 minutes in moderate oven (350 deg.)
