One of Marcia's mother Margaret's most requested recipes. These are a great go-to cookie. So easy to fold together and so delicious.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, unbeaten
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp each ginger and nutmeg
METHOD
- Bake 'em at 325F for about 10 minutes for a soft chewy centre... 12 minutes or a little longer for a crunchy dunker.
